Here is a VERY EASY & VERY GOOD Oriental Rotisserie Chicken Salad Recipe
1 Deboned Rotisserie Chicken & cut in bite size pieces
1 bag of angel hair/mixed cole slaw
1 bag of oriental Ramen noodles (toast them and save oriental sauce package)
1 bag of blanched almonds (found on baking aisle)
Just mix all the above in a bowl
Dressing:Use Ramen noodle Oriental sauce package and combine with 1/2 cup canola oil, 2 tblsp vinegar and sugar. You can add more or less of the ingredients to taste
