Walgreens Quick Trip 9-10

Spent $5.47
Saved $108.23
Update: I just realized that I used the $5 Sally Hansen RR and did not purchase another SH product. It did not beep, but still I did not use it appropriately. Given that, I would have not bought the funyuns and toothbrushes and just thrown in another SH product. Hope that didn't confuse anyone.

  1. hi,

i was wondering if you knew any great deals or sales for trash bags. it seems that something we need on a daily basis hardly ever seems to have a great sale on this item. i am not brand loyal. i was just wondering if you had a head's up on any good buys.

    thanks for all you do,
    lisa

  3. I didn't think you had to use the register reward towards a specific brand (like the Sally Hensen one you were talking about). I've never had to. I thought you just couldn't use it to buy the particular product you bought to earn it, otherwise the RR wouldn't print out again. Have they changed the rules? I have a hard time figuring out all their rules. Although last week worked out pretty good for me. Got 10 free tubes of Rembrandt toothpaste, 5 free toothbrushes, 3 free razors, and 8 free pkgs carefree pantiliners.

  4. Anon - I get extra coupon inserts from friends and families that don't use coupons. My mother -in-law's bridge group gives me their inserts and I buy extra papers from the $.99 store if I think the weekend inserts are really good ones.

Anon 2 - Register Rewards can be used toward anything or any brand. In the case of the Sally Hansen Register Reward it specifically says $5 of any Sally Hansen product. All other Register Rewards say Save $5 off your next shopping order over the value of coupon

  5. Anon -
There is a good deal on glad trash bags at randall's this week on the glad forceflex 80 ct. with randall's ad coupon insert. There is a $1.00/1 printable glad force flex trash bag coupon at

    http://bricks.coupons.com/Start.asp?tqnm=qcpaczo43854282&bt=vi&o=55549&c=CG&p=0IE94JTm

So that would make it $3.99 for the 80ct. That's not bad.
